Country Chicken
BBQ sauce, red onions, Chinese chicken & mushrooms
Smoky BBQ sauce instead of tomato, then Chinese chicken, sweet red onions and mushrooms. The sauce caramelises against the cheese at the edges and turns slightly sticky. Deeply savoury, a bit moreish.
